My fitness journey really took off about 5 1/2 years ago after my divorce. I had always led a healthy life and loved to workout, but I had poor confidence and never thought that who I was was good enough. After my divorce, these insecurities turned into chains that held me down and began to tear me apart. God led me to Searcy, AR where I found a home gym and began surrounding myself with women all on their own journeys in life.

I began teaching group fitness classes shortly after that, and that’s when God opened the doors to a passion and a complete desire to instruct and encourage other women that their self-worth and capability far outweighed what they had believed about themselves. It became more than just me helping women lose weight or tone up; it became a mission to make every woman feel enough, to feel strong and beautiful, and that they were capable to live a positive life with a positive mindset no matter their circumstances.

I truly believe that this is my calling and that God allowed me to go through hardships, so that I may have the ability and empathy to reach as many women as possible. I moved to Rogers, AR in May of 2019 and God opened another door through NoomaLifeStudios Rogers where my mission and passion could continue to grow.

I love what I do! I love surrounding myself with beautiful, strong women who bring different insecurities, different fears, different self-doubt, and tearing those walls down one hour at a time; sweating them all out together! Finding ourselves each time and leaving with confidence to conquer one more day!
