Laura Landfair

Laura grew up on a farm in Brinkley, Arkansas and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ouachita Baptist University. She is a local actor and has done several plays at the Arkansas Repertory Theatre as well as film/commercial work. Laura’s yoga journey began in 2013 when she moved to Seattle with her husband. She walked into a yoga studio not knowing anything about yoga and after her first class she was hooked! While completing her 200 RYT certification at the Seattle Yoga Lounge through Yoga Alliance, she had the opportunity to train under yoga teachers such as Kino MacGregor and Carmen Aguilar. Her family moved back to Arkansas in 2018 and she is loving being back in her home state!

After Laura took her first class at Nooma she knew there was something special and unique about it. Of course you get a great workout but you also get to practice the PAUSE and reconnect with yourself! Laura hopes she can help her students discover their MindBody connection and be an encouragement to them. And when she’s not on the mat you’ll find her spending time with her husband Patrick and daughter Elizabeth on their family farm in Brinkley.
