Fitness for me started with the regular things that everyone tries at least once. My favorite workout was always yoga. Everything always came back to yoga. From there, I researched several different styles of yoga and my path led me to nooma. 

My first class was with Casey and then Nicole and I was instantly connected. Not only did I have a great workout but the mind-body connection was on a level that I had not experienced before. I had never maintained regular exercise routines before, and I think this was because my prior experiences were simply not mind and body. nooma has shown me that the mind and body are connected. 

I have fallen in love with yoga and all aspects of this studio. This experience challenges me to be the person I long to be. In class, each pose flows into the next as we strengthen and build long lean bodies. At the same time, our spirits are strengthened as we fight to leave our comfort zone and become FEARLESS. 

I joined the nooma team leaving my comfort zone and the job I enjoyed for 10 years. I knew that this would be a life-changing step for me. As studio manager I want to be able to bring that mind-body connection and vibe to each and every client that comes into the studio. 

I have lived in Searcy most of my life and my husband and I are raising our daughter in Searcy. We enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle including hard work at the farm. My greatest blessing is being a wife and mother and I will continue to encourage her to be the best she can be. To be bold, strong, humble, and kind daily.
