An active and healthy lifestyle has always been a part of my life. I have done all that the fitness world has to offer, but nothing compares to nooma. I was at a time in my life where I was in a rut with my work and needed something that went hand and hand with my passion. I just knew that I was meant for so much more than sitting behind a desk all day. 

When I was hired to be the manager in Rogers, I had one condition: “I will not teach”. Well… I was wrong. I decided to start teaching in December of 2018, and it was one of the best decisions I made. Leading a class is so rewarding and powerful. At nooma, each class is focused on connection, and everything we do has a specific intention. When you walk into a class, you can feel the connection and emotion. That feeling keeps you longing for more. I love when I get done with a class and feel the strength and confidence that is not just within your body but within the entire room as well. Leading has been such a safe haven for me, and has given me purpose and a passion in my life. For anyone too scared to step out of their comfort zone, don’t be afraid you too may be surprised by what you find. 

Getting to be a part of nooma as a studio manager is something I will always be grateful for. I never knew what my dream job would be, but I’m pretty sure I’m living it now. I want everyone who walks through our doors to feel that they were thought of, noticed and not forgotten when they leave. Every class they take, I desire to make them feel stronger, accepted and loved. 

Although I grew up in Searcy, Northwest Arkansas is my home. I have enjoyed living here for the past three years with my wonderful husband and two dogs. We love eating at local restaurants, sitting outside on our porch swing watching our dogs play, and traveling all over the world. I hope that you find your noomaLIFE in our studio.
