Payton Koller

Hello everyone! My name is Payton, although I go by just about anything… “Pay, PK, or Red”. I was born and raised here in Little Rock, Arkansas. I attended Pulaski Academy high school and graduated college from the University of Arkansas. You will find me with a smile on my face and up for any adventure. Getting to meet new people and connect with those around me has allowed me to make lifelong friends and open many doors. 

I have always been an athlete by nature and love being active, but, I never found a true passion for working out until I came to my first Nooma class! If you were to tell me I would have been a leader at Nooma I would have said you were nuts, but here I am enjoying every second of leading LeanSculpt and Sweat classes! It’s a true honor and blessing to be sweating on our mats beside one another, showing great vulnerability and growth within ourselves. I loved Northwest Arkansas and being able to teach at the Rogers studio, but there’s nothing like coming back home.
