Rilee Hardcastle

I grew up in the very small town of Hartville, Missouri with my parents and two younger sisters. Upon graduation, I moved to the wonderful town of Searcy, Arkansas to begin my college experience at Harding University. In school, I studied accounting and recently graduated in May 2019. 

My nooma journey began when I convinced my roommate to join me in testing out the studio with our “first class free” passes in January 2019. I remember walking through the doors for the first time not knowing what to expect, but when I walked out, I instantly knew I had found my hidden gem. Class after class, I settled into my home. During one of my hardest semesters in school, nooma became my rock of a foundation. God knew exactly what He was doing when He led me to nooma. He also made sure I’d never have to leave as well. He’s cool like that sometimes. After college graduation, I was headed to Bentonville, Arkansas to work for Walmart Inc. Hello, nooma Rogers!!

Growing up, I was always athletic. From a very young age, I began playing softball and basketball, and continued to play competitively throughout school. Nooma was definitely a new experience to me, and I loved the challenges of endurance, flexibility, and balance that it brought into my routine. Never in a million years, however, did I think I would now be a HOTPOWER leader in nooma Rogers. To be honest, I actually laughed when Casey and Morgan L. asked me to consider leading. Me? Leading? 

Best. Decision. Ever. 

I believe that the Lord is so intentional when He crosses paths. Leading me to this place was always part of His plan, and it is so evident. I have found healing, comfort, and a home on my mat. To now be able to lead others through these life-changing experiences every week is one of the best rewards I could have ever asked for. Every single burpee yell is a resounding proclamation that we are all a team, a family. We cry together, laugh together, and do life together. nooma is more than a place to sweat – it is a place to be. A place to be authentic. A place to find your people. A place to find peace. A place to find yourself.
