Casey Cox
Casey is a RYT-200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, 500 Hour Pilates Teacher with an accredited Pilates Method Alliance School, Certified AIR Aerial Yoga Instructor, Certified Booty Barre Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified in both Primary and Advanced Pilates Instruction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She has been married to the love of her life, Jared, for 15 years and has three beautiful children.
My journey to nooma began in 2012. I began praying that God would open my eyes to who I really was. How did He see me? In the beginning, I prayed this so that I could improve myself and to possibly give myself some answers to some of the things that I struggled with. However, what He began to show me was that I was beautiful in all of my imperfections. I learned that I couldn’t change those imperfections, mistakes, or effects. They made me who I was. I couldn’t change them, but I could build on them in positive ways.
I have always loved movement and music. You put the two together, and it’s my little piece of heaven. I call it my mat time. My “me” time. I had found my Mind Body connection. I was free.
This freedom changed everything for me, and I thought that it could for others as well. I began traveling and attended every known class in every known studio that I could. I did this because it was my passion. I think God had another purpose. I began to dream of a beautiful, serene, safe place to share my love of movement, music, teaching, community, and mindfulness. I dreamed of opening new doors for new and greater experiences which would lead to greater fulfillments in my life and in other’s lives. I dreamed of the best classes, the best tools, the best experiences, the best results. Smart movements with a Mind Body connection. That is working smarter, not harder.
I pray that I will continue to see myself through His eyes. I pray that you would seek and discover your Mind Body connection. Your nooma; your rational Spirit. Your soul. I pray that you make it back to this place so that you can live your Spirit-filled life and reconnect with who you are.

Nicole Hopkins
Nicole is a RYT-200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, 500 Hour Pilates Teacher with an accredited Pilates Method Alliance School, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified in both Primary and Advanced Pilates Instruction.
I grew up just outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and have called Searcy my home for 10 years now. God began leading me on my walk into Health and Fitness in 2012. What I thought was me finding something that allowed me to have a moment to myself turned into a journey and love I never knew I had. This was the beginning of me finding my love for fitness. From there I not only wanted to know everything about exercise, but I wanted to see the whole picture, including fitness and nutrition. Thus began the researching and studying of nutrition. I spent countless hours reading and researching all the latest “fads” until I concluded what true health means mentally and physically. This is what has turned my passion into a lifestyle.
I never fathomed all God would show me along this journey in my life. I am so thankful for each step forward and backwards that has led me to nooma. Karen Salmansohn wrote, “Often it’s the deepest pain which empowers you to grow into your highest self.” I believe this to be true, which is why my goal as a teacher is that my students are inspired by my passion and begin to make the Mind Body connection within themselves. I want everyone to learn to respect and love the body they were given. I want to be known for getting my students out of their heads and into their bodies, to prove to themselves how amazing and strong they really are. Centered on the natural beauty He gave us which we all hold deep inside.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family: I’m a wife and the mother of two active boys. I am inspired by reading, researching, and traveling to other fitness studios. I believe the more you put yourself out there and get out of your box, the more He grows you and creates self-awareness of your unique rational spirit, your nooma…the Gift spreads…Namaste.
