What to Expect at Nooma
You’ll find intentional classes that provide encouragement and connection. Our studios are safe and peaceful spaces where you’ll experience a personal change in your mind, body, and spirit. Our welcoming community and infrared heat work together to help you build an empowered life.
New to Nooma?
Your experience and our intention begins the moment you book a class. We provide everything you will need for class, including your nooma + Lululemon mat. No extra charge.
Your app will automatically check you in when you arrive and we will show you to your mat. Let your cares go, this is your time.

IMPORTANCE OF HYDRATION
Prior To Class
Make sure to hydrate before any hot class, whether you choose our Relaxed, High Energy or Intense classes. We recommend bringing 2 water bottles for your class and that you eat a bit prior to class.
During Class
Keep your Mind Body connection during class by listening and being aware of how your body feels. If you begin to feel uncomfortable, step out of the room or have a seat. We will bring you a cool rag. We have water, cool rags, nuun electrolyte tablets and salt tabs at the front desk.
Pointers for your Class
- Look and keep your gaze towards the top of your mat.
- Don’t forget to breathe! Your leader will guide you by cueing to Inhale and Exhale throughout your class.
- Drink water frequently through class and finish your two waters by the end of class.
- Please feel free to step outside the studio anytime.
- Generally, it takes 14 days to acclimate to the heat. When we start to acclimate, we will begin to sweat more and soon, reflecting the body’s ability to cool itself.
- Continue to hydrate throughout your day.
